St. Louis Hills, we have the scoop on you! There’s no hiding the fact that your team has been bitten by the Purpose bug.
Or perhaps we should call it the People with Purpose bug.
Ok, first a fact check: People with Purpose is basically the way we encourage our associates to explore our core values and embrace the culture of our organization, so their work becomes a fulfilling service that is more than just a job. Building teams full of People with Purpose is important because doing so embodies the opportunity associates have to combine their individual talents with a passion to serve others. In fostering People with Purpose we want to honor the uniqueness of each individual and embrace a personal and professional purpose for all of our lives
It goes without saying that we are proud of the teams full of People with Purpose at all of our communities. The concept is central to our vision and mission at Provision Living.
But, recently, our St. Louis Hills community was recognized in a manner that caused us to pause and salute how they are living the People with Purpose concept. The team received the Caring Stars Award for exhibiting excellent customer service, courtesy of Caring.com.
Caring.com began the Caring Stars Award in 2012 to honor senior living communities in America who provide exceptional care to the senior population based on consumer ratings and reviews.
Assisted living and memory care communities located in 43 states across the country were rated by consumers and reviewed by caring.com advisors. 805 communities were named Caring Stars award winners for 2015. Ratings were taken from online reviews from older adults, family caregivers and industry experts on Caring.com.
How did the team at St. Louis Hills team qualify for the Caring Stars Award in 2015? They met the following criteria:
- Received at least three new consumer reviews between December 1, 2013 and December 1, 2014
- Earned at least one 5-star review during the year

I am a friend or relative of a resident
My brother is at Provision Living at St. Louis Hills. He has been there since the end of May. In terms of accommodations, they don’t call them rooms but they call them suites. They have floor to ceilings windows. My brother is generally happy with the place. They have a barber shop there and they don’t even charge for that, it goes into their bill. Their cables and telephone are included, as well as all the utilities and all the meals. My brother likes the people there. They have activities like men’s movies and then women’s movies, etc.

My mom is a resident of Provision Living. We chose it because of its close proximity to me and my brother. The facility is very clean and the rooms are nice. It’s also very affordable. The staff and living environment are great. They have exercise classes, games and other things of this nature. The quality of care is very good as well.
Bravo, St. Louis Hills team!
